On Monday evening 12 November, the Barker community enjoyed a most engaging presentation from Vannessa McCamley as she shared her extensive experience as an executive coach and presenter. Topics covered included digital distraction, awareness of self, deep thinking and maintaining our sense of well-being and balance in the busy world in which we live. Using a range of activities including deep breathing strategies, biodot indicators and various excerpts of research and media, Vannessa provided a wide array of strategies and thinking in an area that is important to us all. We are thankful for her willingness to share her work at the Barker Institute.
